Rule 156
Matters to be disclosed in the annual report
The following matters shall be included in the annual report of the court:-
(a) Names of Judges and Officers serving in Courts and Subordinate Courts,
(b) Status of various types of cases, petitions and reports registered in the courts and subordinate courts, pending and pending, (c) Details of Judicial Proceedings
(d) Details and number of cases where the decision of the lower court was upheld or overturned or some of the cases overturned during the period of the report.
(e) the number of directives issued and the status of implementation thereof,
(f) Reasons why no progress was made during the reporting period towards the expeditious disposal of the case and the court's recommendations thereon,
(G) The suggestion that the court wants to give regarding the reform of the judiciary,
(h) Any other matter related to the administration of justice in Nepal.
